A Night On The Town
My friend Steph flew in from Washington (state) back in June and we had quite a lovely evening reliving some of our glory days at one of our old haunts in Lower Downtown (LoDo) Denver. It's a sleek, Art Deco bar in the Oxford Hotel modeled after the lounge on the Queen Mary and opened shortly after Prohibition was repealed. Such an elegant, inspiring place to sit back and sip a sophisticated cocktail (although I had Corona - what, I was pacing myself! :p ) We took turns snapping some pictures of eachother and the bar that you can see here:

I remember when you took me to this bar. You were so excitied because it was modeled after a similiar room on the titanic.
